Refund policy

Each of our prints and canvases is made custom to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or provide replacements for mis-orders, incorrect sizes, or changes of heart. If your print arrives damaged in any way from shipping, please send clear photos of the damage to sotalegallery@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to ship you a priority replacement! We’re unable to provide replacements due to damage past our 30-day damage report window, so make sure to open your order and check it upon delivery!

If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sotalegallery@gmail.com. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible, and are unable to change or cancel orders once they've gone to print. If you need to change your address, please also contact us immediately, as we are unable to change the address once the package has been shipped.
