What sizes are available?
Our prints are available in multiple sizes starting at 5x7" to 24x36", with larger formats for statement pieces. You can select your size directly on each product page.
Are the prints framed?
Our prints are shipped framed or unframed based on what you think is best. You can pair them with a frame that matches your existing decor or select from the three color frames we offer.
What materials are the prints made from?
Museum quality matte paper for a clean, glare-free presentation.
Can I see the print in a room before buying?
Yes, each product page includes styled room photos. If you'd like a specific size compared to furniture, feel free to reach out and we're happy to help.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days, arriving in 5-7 business days domestically.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the US only, but reach out if you're outside the US and we'll see what we can do.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Returns & Guarantees
What is your return policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our prints, we're currently unable to accept returns. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Email us a photo of the damage at sotalegallery@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.
Bulk & Business Orders
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes — if you're furnishing multiple rooms, an Airbnb/rental property, or a commercial space, contact us for custom bundle pricing.
I'm an interior designer/Airbnb host — can I get trade pricing?
Absolutely, we work with hosts and designers regularly. Reach out at sotalegallery@gmail.com and we'll set you up with a trade discount.
Care & Custom Requests
How do I care for my print?
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from moisture to preserve color vibrancy. Avoid cleaning with harsh chemicals — a dry, soft cloth is best.
Can I request a custom size or a photo not currently in your shop?
We're happy to discuss custom requests — email us at sotalegallery@gmail.com with what you're looking for.
